CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service(s), and no-call/no-shows will be responsible for 100%. Late Arrivals If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible with an ETA. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to be modified or rescheduled. Reschedules due to lateness follow the same 24-hour policy and may incur a 50% fee. I completely understand that unexpected things come up, and I’ll always do my best to be as accommodating as possible when I can ✨ By booking, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understand these policies and that fees may apply if they’re not followed.
